DRESS CODE: Strict dress code is enforced for all ticketholders. Venues reserve the right to refuse entrance or service to any and all ticketholders their agents deem not dressed appropriately. One venue’s dress code may be stricter than another venue’s dress code. Upscale club attire is required; look sharp, dress to impress. This includes being well groomed and having a clean, polished look. Footwear must be clean and nice: no tennis shoes. No ball caps allowed. Men are suggested to wear fitted attire, collared shirt or dress shirt, nice pants and/or dress pants, dress shoes, jacket. Ladies are suggested to wear dresses or skirt outfits; nice skinny jeans or upscale legging outfits are okay if they can be really dressed up. Ladies are suggested to wear footwear that looks good but that they can dance in and move comfortably in throughout the night. Ladies are suggested to leave their big purses and clutches at home and to have a nice small cross-body purse so that they can be hands free to hold their drink while they dance.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Cancellation of your order is not permitted at any time after you place your order. There are NO REFUNDS, NO CANCELLATIONS, no credits, no exchanges, and no transfers after the order has been made. You must present the original credit card used to purchase the ticket, a valid Government Issued picture ID in order to obtain your ticket(s). At the time of your order, TicketVibe will place an order for your ticket(s) in the Events’ venue’s ticketing system, reducing the number of tickets available for the chosen event. If you encounter a problem at the event, you must file a complaint with TicketVibe within 5 business days following the date the event is scheduled to take place; failure to request a refund during such 5-day period will be a complete waiver of your right to request a refund. By purchasing a ticket, package or reservation you understand that that you are making a booking for an event. The event has a definitive start time and date, and a definitive end time and date. Your booking is for whatever you purchased. If you do not show up to your booking, you understand that you are forfeiting your booking and therefore your booking fee (the entirety of what you paid) will not be returned to you. If you do not attend your booking, you are still 100% financially liable for your purchase. If you cannot attend your booking, you will not receive a refund.
By placing an order, you are agreeing to this Purchase Policy. By completing your order, you agree that you were presented with this Purchase Policy and that you agree to this Purchase Policy.
The event features a “cash bar” unless otherwise stated. There’s no seating unless otherwise stated. There is no food unless otherwise stated. If food is provided, it is provided at a first come first serve basis, unless the event listing and/or ticket description clearly states that it is available for the entire event duration or for a period of specified hours during the event. If the listing/description states all food or certain food will be available for the entire event or for specific hours during the event, and if food is momentarily out when you are attempting to eat, please know that the venue is replenishing the food.
If the event is canceled you will receive a refund for the face value of the ticket, if the event’s presiding entity returns to TicketVibe (or its Clients, where applicable) the value of your ticket; service fees and other fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Unforeseen circumstances beyond promoter’s control will not be grounds for a refund. Before purchasing your tickets we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the event(s) you wish to attend. If you purchased for the incorrect date, location, event, etc, we are not obligated to provide a refund, credit, exchange or transfer. If cancellation request is approved, promoter reserves the right to charge a $10 administrative fee for its time, in addition to charging a $10 re-stocking fee per ticket if tickets are placed back on sale as the result of your error.
Promoters, Venue Owners, Venue Management, Security, Event Staff, and other agents of the event, have the right to refuse entry to any ticketholder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion.
Ticketholder is aware that the Venue and Talent are subject to change without notice, which are not grounds for a refund. Ticketholder is aware that amenities promised by promoters are not guaranteed by TicketVibe or its Clients, and are not grounds for a refund.
Furthermore, dissatisfaction with any aspect of the event is not grounds for a refund.
TicketVibe and its Clients will not cover losses or damages arising from your voluntary participation in the events. By purchasing the tickets through TicketVibe and/or its Clients, you hereby release and forever discharge National Nightlife Inc dba TicketVibe, and its Clients from any liability or claims for damages that may arise as a result of your attendance and participation at the event(s). It is hereby understood that the purchase of tickets by you and your participation in the events shall not be construed as an assumption on the part of TicketVibe or its Clients of responsibility, liability, or control of the events.
Ticket purchaser, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, hereby release, remise, and forever discharge TicketVibe and its Clients and its entities owners, officers, employees and agents, from all manner of actions, causes of actions, suits, debts, judgments, executions, claims, demands whatsoever, known or unknown, in law or equity, which ticketholder has ever had, now have, may have, or claim against TicketVibe and/or its Clients.
Once you make a purchase, if those funds are removed from the company’s account and given back to you, you owe us that money back, plus applicable fees as outlined outlined below. If you owe money to TicketVibe or its Clients said entity reserve the right to take legal action against you and/or send you to collections for the recovery of said debt. If you are in debt to TicketVibe or its Clients, TicketVibe and its Clients reserve the right to send you to collections or take legal action immediately, regardless of the age of the account, or presence or lack of notification attempts. If legal action against you or send you to collections, you are fiscally responsible for any and all legal costs and fees, directly associated and/or indirectly associated, with recovering the debt owed by you. TicketVibe or its Clients collection’s agencies reserve the right to negatively affect your personal credit score until your debt is paid. Once an account has been placed in collections, the only way to get yourself out of Collections is to pay the debt owed by you to the collections agency.
In the event there are any legal disputes against TicketVibe or its Clients, by agreeing to this Purchase Policy, you agree that such disputes will be arbitrated. You further agree that the location of arbitration will be set in Los Angeles County, California.
If any clause, aspect, part or provisions of this Purchase Policy is found to be null, void, illegal or otherwise unenforceable, the rest of this Purchase Policy/ Terms and Conditions remain in full binding effect, and the unenforceable provision(s) shall be deemed modified to the limited extent required to the permit enforcement of said clause that required modification and of the agreement as a whole.
