A risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place or accommodation. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can cause severe illness and death. By visiting Resorts World Las Vegas and participating in this offer, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks related to potential exposure to COVID-19. In consideration of your participation in this offer and potential exposure to COVID-19, you, for yourself, your heirs, next of kin, assigns, executors, administrators, guardians and legal representatives (collectively, the "Releasing Parties") agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless and covenant not to institute any lawsuit of any nature, any action of law, or otherwise against Resorts World Las Vegas LLC, Genting Assets Inc., Peak Avenue Limited, Genting Berhad, or any of their respective officers, directors, agents, representative, servants, employees, members, successors and/or assigns (the "Released Parties"), nor initiate or assist the prosecution of any claim for damages which the Releasing Parties and you may have against the Released Parties by reason of death or injury to your person arising out your participation in this offer and potential exposure to COVID-19. You further expressly acknowledge and agrees that this release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law of the State of Nevada. Minimum Spend: All table bookings will be required to meet a certain table minimum amount, which will be communicated to the guest. The Minimum Spend does not include applicable tax, gratuity, or venue fees, as set forth below. The amount of the Minimum Spend may differ from the amount the guest actually spends on alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages on the date of the reservation. Advance Deposit, Processing Fee and Credit Card Fee: A deposit of 20% (the "Advance Deposit") of the Minimum Spend will be charged at the time of booking. In addition to the Advance Deposit, non-refundable processing and credit card fees will also be charged at the time of booking. The Advance Deposit will be applied towards guest's final bill on the Booking Date. At time of check-in on the Booking Date, guests will be required to present the same method of payment as used when booking online or will be required to provide an alternative method of payment for their table/location. All bookings will be charged the following on the Booking Date: * Actual Spend: Guest will be charged the balance of the Actual Spend. * Sales Tax: Guest will be charged sales tax, which is currently 8.375% and subject to change, on the Actual Spend + Venue Fee. * Gratuity: Guest will be charged a waitress gratuity of 15%. * Venue Fee: Guest will be charged a venue fee of 12.75% of the Actual Spend. Cancellation and Refund Policy: * All Ticket/Table sales are final and nonrefundable. * Processing and Credit Card Fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. * All cancellations must be requested at https://booketing.com/reservation/ or by email at support@urvenue.com. * Any attempted cancellation in a manner other than as described above shall be void and guest will not be entitled to a refund of any kind. * All guests must be at least 21 years of age with a valid government issued ID to be presented at the door. Copies or paper identification will not be accepted. Non-United States issued identification must be accompanied with valid passport to be presented at the door to gain entry into the venue. * Table location or placement subject to change without notice. * Music/Artist is subject to change without notice. * Additional terms apply. Management reserves all rights. * Venue reserves the right to deny access into venue due to capacity restrictions. * Disregard or violation of these Terms and Conditions will automatically invalidate reservation and guest will not receive a refund of any kind. * Management reserves all rights, including, without limitation, the right to cancel, suspend or modify the event at its sole discretion. * This offer is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, and regulations.
