1. All Sales Are Final All ticket and table purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any reason, including event cancellation, date changes, or personal circumstances. 2. Processing and Credit Card Fees All processing and credit card fees are non-refundable. These fees cover third-party payment processing and administrative costs and cannot be reversed once a payment is authorized. 3. Non-Transferable Tickets Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold, exchanged, or given to another individual. Unauthorized resale or attempted resale of any ticket is grounds for cancellation without refund. 4. Table Reservation Policy Reserved tables will be held for up to one (1) hour from the scheduled reservation or ticketed entry time. After this grace period, the reservation may be released and resold at the venue's discretion. No refunds or credits will be issued if the party fails to arrive within the hold period. 5. Entry Requirements All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification and comply with age restrictions and venue policies. Entry is subject to venue capacity, management discretion, and security screening. 6. Dress Code & Conduct Proper attire and respectful behavior are required. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest for inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or failure to comply with venue policies without refund. 7. Event Modifications Showtimes vary daily, and seating will be assigned upon check-in at the venue. 8.
