Designed to capture the spirit of Mexican revolutionary, Pancho Villa, El Chingon serves traditional Mexican food; with elevated ingredients, paired with cerveza and an expansive beverage menu with a specialty in agave-based cocktails.
The massive 6,000 sq foot space promises to be a “prime party destination;” with Instagrammable interior design meant to “capture the spirit of Mexican revolutionary Pancho Villa and his pistoleros.” Those details include art inspired by Mexican culture, a pair of 10 ft high hand carved Calavera sugar skull doors, and an Airstream trailer hand-painted by local artist.

That party like atmosphere extends from happy hour to the early dawn; with DJs, “bad ass” drink packages, taco and tequila flights with bottle service and Sundias. Plus there is also a series of day parties; complete with brunch offerings and cocktail specials.
The menu includes burritos, fajitas and enchiladas. But the El Chingon signature food item is tacos; like shredded beef or chicken, veggie, and shrimp. And the ingredients can be wrapped in fried cheese with the “bad ass” option.
